Preconstruction Phase
Before a single wall moves, we pressure-test the scope, the subcontractors, and the schedule—so there are no surprises once we’re on site.
We use cost estimation to predict the quantity, cost, and price of the resources required by the scope of the project.
We gather and assess as much information as possible to determine a subcontractor's capability, capacity, resources, and performance.
We evaluate potential bidders and create and coordinate the bid package, then select the best-qualified subcontractor.
Each project team is designed specifically per project to establish and execute a functional structure.
We assign an educated project manager to seek out and solve any problems that arise.
We identify value-engineering opportunities on scope and material selection to keep the project true to design and on budget.
